Why does the clock time show the wrong hour, but the minutes are set correctly?
Because the proper North American time zone or Daylight Savings has not been selected. Follow the procedure on page 6 of the Owner's Manual, 'Setting Time Zone For USA' (use the appropriate zone for Canada).
Why does the clock never set itself up to the correct time and date?
Try setting it closer to a window or on another side of the room. If, after several days it still does not set itself, you may be out of range for the signal. If this is the case, you can perform all settings manually. See instruction booklet, page 2.
I set up a wake-up time, but why did the alarm not come on?
Either the alarm was not activated or the volume was not turned up. To activate the alarm, follow the procedure on page 4, Setting Alarm ON/OFF.
I used my ESP-2000 on its batteries, but why did they die so fast?
The ESP-2000 is designed for operation from its AC adaptor. It is not a portable, battery-operated product. The batteries are strictly for power-failure backup.
I set up my alarm to turn on the radio, but why did it wake me to a beeper?
